Misconducts and mistakes may have many different excuses and reasons. For example, failure to practice proper hijab may arise from different matters, including not understanding the philosophy of hijab and its impact on corruption; or living in an area where its people are ignorant to the idea of hijab; or they may feel that lack of hijab is a way to advance and modernization; or they would like to differ and stand out from other people; or they may feel not performing hijab in a good way is a minor sin, and cannot hurt any other; and the reasons can go on.

Birth and Imamate
Imam Muhammad Baqir(a.s) was born in the 57th year of the Hijra, on Friday the first day of the month of Rajab, in the city of Madina. His honoured father is Imam Sajjad(a.s.) and his revered mother, Fatema, daughter of Imam Hasan(a.s.). He was the only Imam who was Alawiite from both the side of the Mother and the Father.
Imam Sajjad(a.s.), according to the command of Allah(swt) and the decree of the Prophet(pbuh&hf), appointed his son, Imam Muhammad al-Baqir(a.s.), to Imamate and leadership of the people in the 95 A.H. He remained Imam for the rest of his life until 114 A.H. and the total period of his Imamte is 19 years. Allama Hajr Makki writes in Sawaeq-e-Moharaqa (Page 120) that He was the true copy of his father Imam Sajjad(a.s.) in knowledge, piousness and prayers & supplications.

Peace and God’s mercy and blessings be upon you and those who follow the right guidance.
I have received your message and known what you mentioned about your disagreement in your religion, taking up the question of fatalism, the various opinions of those who believe in fatalism and those who believe in indeterminism that led you to depart and antagonize each other. You then asked me an explanation of the whole matter. I have understood everything.
